The bit is good, but it would have been even better if the roller were a little larger. Size 12.5 is probably correct, but compared with other bits of the same size, it is slightly smaller. I would have preferred it to be 2–3 mm longer.– Linda
Description
Size: 95 mm (3¾")
D-shaped rings that lie flat against the cheek. Cannot be pulled through the mouth. The flat side helps steer horses that fall out through the shoulder. A reliable all-round bit.
Two joints with a center link that distributes pressure more evenly. Does not reach the palate. Milder than a single-jointed bit, with independent action on each side. Suits horses with a low palate, thick tongue or sensitive mouth. The most common choice for a gentle bit.
Durable, hygienic and taste-neutral. Works for all horses.
