Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins on the day you, or a third party named by you other than the carrier, receive the goods; for goods delivered separately, it begins when the last item is received.

How to cancel

Before the period expires, send a clear statement to info@bylynga.com or to Fabriqit Norden AB (ByLynga), Olofsdalsvägen 10, 302 41 Halmstad, Sweden.

Effects of cancellation

We will reimburse all payments received, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed. Extra delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive method are not reimbursed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. We use the same means of payment unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Returning the goods

Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us. You bear the direct cost of return.

Diminished value

You are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Legal exceptions

The right does not apply in cases provided by law, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Opening packaging or reasonably inspecting an item does not by itself remove the right.

Voluntary 30-day return

In addition to the statutory cancellation right, ByLynga offers a voluntary return period totalling 30 days from receipt. Its additional conditions are set out on the returns page and do not restrict statutory rights.
