Statutory 14-day cancellation right

As a consumer, you may cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Tell us through a clear statement before the period expires. Full details are on our right-of-cancellation page.

Voluntary 30-day return

ByLynga also offers a voluntary return period totalling 30 days from receipt. For this additional period, the goods must be unused, clean and complete and, where possible, in the original packaging. These conditions do not restrict the statutory cancellation right.

How to return

Contact info@bylynga.com and, where possible, include your order number. You bear the direct return cost unless the return concerns a justified complaint about defective or incorrect goods. If we offer a prepaid label, its price will be disclosed before use.

Inspection and diminished value

Within the statutory period you may handle goods only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You are liable only for diminished value caused by additional handling. A bit used in a horse’s mouth may show signs of use and lose value.

Refunds

For a statutory cancellation, we reimburse payments received, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you inform us. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier.

For a voluntary return, the refundable amount is paid after the goods are received and inspected. We use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Faulty goods

Your statutory remedies for faulty goods are unaffected. Contact us and, for a justified complaint, we will cover the necessary return costs.
