The bit is good, but it would have been even better if the roller were a little larger. Size 12.5 is probably correct, but compared with other bits of the same size, it is slightly smaller. I would have preferred it to be 2–3 mm longer.– Linda

Size: 95 mm (3¾")
Lower part of a double bridle, always with a bradoon. The shanks create leverage through the curb chain. Acts on tongue and bars. Requires an experienced, quiet hand. Dressage from Medium level up. Longer shanks give more action. No hinge points. Even pressure straight across the tongue. No nutcracker effect, doesn't reach the palate. Can feel strong as the entire mouthpiece acts at once. Suits horses that need stable pressure and don't mind tongue pressure. Produces a sweet taste that encourages chewing and salivation. The surface turns blue-black over time, that's normal. Wipe after use, store dry.Information
