The bit is good, but it would have been even better if the roller were a little larger. Size 12.5 is probably correct, but compared with other bits of the same size, it is slightly smaller. I would have preferred it to be 2–3 mm longer.– Linda

Size: 135 mm (5¼")
Angled ring that creates mild leverage. A good step up when a snaffle isn't enough but a pelham feels like too much. The ring attaches in different positions so you choose the action. Hinge point in the middle distributing pressure on lips, bars and tongue sides. Classic basic bit with a clear signal. Rises in the middle under pressure and can reach the palate. For a low palate, double jointed or straight may work better. Soft and flexible, one of the mildest options. Cushions pressure. Takes up more space in the mouth.Information
