The bit is good, but it would have been even better if the roller were a little larger. Size 12.5 is probably correct, but compared with other bits of the same size, it is slightly smaller. I would have preferred it to be 2–3 mm longer.– Linda

Size: 125 mm (5")
The rings move freely through the mouthpiece. Encourages the horse to chew and salivate. The horse can't lean on the bit as easily. The most common bit type. Can pinch the corners if the bit is too wide. No hinge points. Even pressure straight across the tongue. No nutcracker effect, doesn't reach the palate. Can feel strong as the entire mouthpiece acts at once. Suits horses that need stable pressure and don't mind tongue pressure. Produces a sweet taste that encourages chewing and salivation. The surface turns blue-black over time, that's normal. Wipe after use, store dry.Information
