Shipping Information
Delivery area
We currently deliver to Germany, Austria and selected EU countries.
The available delivery countries are shown during checkout.
Shipping costs
For orders of 49 € or more, we deliver to Germany free of charge.
For orders under 49 €, shipping to Germany costs 9.95 €.
The shipping costs for other delivery countries are shown transparently during checkout, before you place your binding order.
Delivery times
The usual delivery time is:
Germany and Austria: 2–5 working days
Other EU countries: 3–7 working days
The stated delivery times begin upon receipt of payment, or upon completion of the order where a different payment method has been agreed.
Please note that in exceptional cases – for example during periods of particularly high order volume, around public holidays, or due to delays with the shipping carrier – delivery may take longer.
Shipping carriers
Orders are shipped with reliable carriers such as DHL or a comparable provider.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. If tracking is available, the shipping confirmation will include a tracking link.
Partial deliveries
If an item is temporarily unavailable, we reserve the right to ship the order in several partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for you.
You will not incur any additional shipping costs for partial deliveries.
Undeliverable shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to circumstances for which the customer is responsible – for example an incorrect delivery address, or because the parcel was not collected in time – we reserve the right to charge the actual and reasonable additional costs incurred as a result.
This does not apply if the failed delivery was caused by us or by the shipping carrier.
Refusing to accept or failing to collect a parcel does not automatically count as exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
