1. Orders and contract formation

By placing an order on our website, you submit a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract.
A contract is formed only when Fabriqit Norden AB (Bylynga) confirms your order by sending an order confirmation via e-mail.

The order confirmation is generated automatically without manual review. In the event of obvious errors, including but not limited to pricing, availability or delivery times, we reserve the right to correct such errors or cancel the order.

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years of age.

We reserve the right to correct typographical and editorial errors. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product delivered.

2. Prices

All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated.

After the contract has been concluded, prices may only be adjusted due to circumstances beyond our control, such as significant changes in raw material costs, exchange rates or statutory VAT rates.

3. Delivery and delivery time

Free shipping applies to orders over EUR 49. For orders below this amount, shipping costs apply from EUR 5.90.

Delivery is carried out by DHL or an equivalent carrier. The usual delivery time is 2–5 business days.

Transfer of risk

We bear the risk of loss or damage to the goods during transport until delivery to the specified address. The customer bears the risk for return shipments.

Uncollected shipments

If a shipment is not collected, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of EUR 20. For home deliveries, a recipient must be available to accept the delivery.

4. Payment

Payments and refunds are processed via our payment service provider Klarna.

No additional taxes or fees are charged other than the prices and shipping costs displayed during the checkout process.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include:

Pay within 14 days
Instalment payments
Direct bank transfer
Credit card payment

Certain payment methods are subject to a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, personal data may be transferred to Klarna.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date the goods are received.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision clearly and in writing, for example by e-mail to our customer service.

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day return period.

Goods must be returned no later than 14 days after notification of withdrawal. Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods or proof of return shipment.

You may inspect the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. If the goods have been used beyond this, a reduction in value up to the full purchase price may be applied.

6. Complaints and warranty

You are entitled to statutory consumer rights, including a three (3) year limitation period for claims relating to defective goods, where applicable under EU consumer law.

All products are inspected prior to dispatch. If a product is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will remedy the issue at no additional cost by replacement, repair or refund.

For valid complaints, we will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

8. Commercial warranty

All products are sold with a one (1) year commercial warranty, covering manufacturing defects arising during the warranty period.

The order confirmation serves as proof of purchase and warranty and should be retained.

9. Delivery delays

In the event of a delivery delay, you will be notified by e-mail. In the case of a significant delay, you are entitled to cancel the order.

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including supplier-related issues.

10. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure to fulfil our obligations where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, strikes, fire, governmental actions or similar events.
