Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.
How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by sending an e-mail to our customer service.
The notification must be sent before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Return of Goods
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.
Liability for Diminished Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of:

goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised

goods that have been used or damaged by the customer
