Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement (for example by e-mail) within the withdrawal period.

Conditions for Returns

Returned products must be:

unused
in good condition
returned in their original packaging

We reserve the right to apply a reduction in value if the product has been used or handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Return Procedure

Before returning a product, please contact our customer service to receive return instructions.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or an incorrect item has been delivered by us.

Refund

In the event of a valid withdrawal, the refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent back.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Defective Products or Incorrect Delivery

If a product is defective or does not correspond to your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible so that we can provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases provided for by law, including but not limited to:

personalised or custom-made products
products that have been used or damaged by the customer
