1. Purchases

When you place an order, a contract for that purchase is only made when Fabriqit Norden AB/Bylynga confirms the order with a confirmation via email order confirmation. The order confirmation is automatically generated by Fabriqit Norden AB/Bylynga's database without manual review. In the event of an error such as (but not limited to) price, delivery time, etc., we reserve the right to correct this afterwards.

You must be at least 18 years old to make an approved order on our website.

Fabriqit Norden AB/Bylynga reserves the right to correct any printing errors. All image information should be considered as example illustrations. Products are not guaranteed to have exactly the same appearance and condition as the example image.

2. Price

All prices include 25% VAT. When an order is confirmed, prices can only be changed under circumstances beyond Fabriqit Norden AB/Bylynga's control, such as (but not limited to) significant changes in raw material prices, currency changes, or changes in VAT.

3. Deliveries – Delivery Time

Delivery is free for orders over 499 kr. For other orders, delivery is from 59 kr.

Deliveries are sent via DHL or post. Delivery time is normally 2-5 business days.

Transport risk:
We take responsibility for transport risks during transport, i.e., the risk of goods being damaged or lost during transport from our warehouse to the delivery location. You take the risk for return shipments to us.

Uncollected order:
If you do not collect your package, Fabriqit Norden AB/Bylynga has the right to charge a fee of 200 kr. For home delivery, a person must be available to receive the package.

4. Payment Options

Fabriqit Norden AB/Bylynga reports all prices including VAT. Shipping costs are added. No other taxes or fees will be added when you place an order.

All payments and refunds are made through our payment provider Klarna.

Refunds will be made within 14 business days after you have received and approved your return request.

All false or fraudulent orders will be reported to the police; We will provide all important information such as IP numbers and other relevant details.

In collaboration with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment should be made to Klarna.

Pay in [14] days: The payment period is 14 days from delivery of goods or tickets / availability date for the service. You can find the full terms for the markets where this payment method is available here: United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands.

Financing: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly installments according to the terms specified at checkout. The installment is due at the end of each month after Klarna has submitted a separate monthly invoice. Additional information about Slice It including terms and standard European consumer credit information can be found here for the markets where this payment method is available: Austria, United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.

Direct bank transfer: Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placing your order.

Card payments: Available in Sweden, Germany and Austria. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after delivery of goods or tickets / availability date for the service. 

The payment methods Pay in [14] days, Slice It and direct debit are only available with a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the ordering process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods that are available based on the result of the credit assessment.

5. Right of Withdrawal and 30-Day Open Purchase

When purchasing goods from Fabriqit Norden AB/Bylynga, customers are entitled to exercise their right of withdrawal (right to return a contract or terminate a purchase agreement) according to all relevant legislation such as (2005:59) Distance Contracts Act or other applicable law. This means you have the right to cancel your purchase by sending a message to Fabriqit Norden AB/Bylynga via approved channels within 14 days from the day you received the goods (this 14-day period is the deadline for exercising your right of withdrawal).

In addition, Fabriqit Norden AB/Bylynga offers a 30-day open purchase period.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact Fabriqit Norden AB/Bylynga. The easiest way to contact Fabriqit Norden AB/Bylynga is via the "your account" page on the Fabriqit Norden AB/Bylynga website. On this page you can create a case and get a return number. The purpose of the return number is to facilitate identification and administration for your return. You can also notify Fabriqit Norden AB/Bylynga of your intention to make a purchase by filling in what is applicable from the Swedish Consumer Agency's (Konsumentverket). When you exercise your right of withdrawal, all goods must be returned to Fabriqit Norden AB/Bylynga within 14 days from the date you notified Fabriqit Norden AB/Bylynga of your intention to exercise this right.

The amount you paid for the goods including the original shipping cost will be refunded within 14 days from when Fabriqit Norden AB/Bylynga received the message of your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, provided that Fabriqit Norden AB/Bylynga has received the specified product within the time frame or that certain evidence has been provided that the goods have been sent correctly. Refunded amounts may be issued via a different method than the payment method originally used.

You have the right to examine the goods to the extent necessary to determine the properties or functionality of these goods. However, you may become liable to compensate Fabriqit Norden AB/Bylynga for any depreciation of the goods resulting from such examination. Such compensation may be necessary if the product has been used or handled to a greater extent than was necessary to determine its properties or functionality. This compensation may amount to the total selling price of the article.

6. Complaints

According to the Consumer Sales Act, you as a customer have the right to file a complaint for a period of three (3) years after you have received the goods. Fabriqit Norden AB/Bylynga follows the Consumer Sales Act and also offers our customers a one-year warranty.

Fabriqit Norden AB/Bylynga inspects every shipment before sending it. In the event that an item is still damaged or incorrectly sent when it arrives, we will undertake to correct the defect at no cost.

We will replace products that we have found to be incorrectly sent or damaged.

In case of a valid return, Fabriqit Norden AB/Bylynga will pay the costs for return shipping. However, if you have ordered more goods than the one you returned, Fabriqit Norden AB/Bylynga is not responsible for refunding the entire shipping cost.

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the General Advertising Ombudsman.

7. Personal Data

Fabriqit Norden AB/Bylynga will, in connection with a customer's order or website visit, process personal data in accordance with all applicable data protection legislation and our privacy policy. Click here for more information about our privacy policy/personal information policy.

8. Warranty

Fabriqit Norden AB/Bylynga sells all products with a one-year warranty. The product warranty applies to defects that occur during the warranty period. The invoice/warranty certificate is, for convenience, the same document. This document comes with the shipment as part of your order. Keep this document as it is required to invoke your warranty or to file a complaint.

9. Delivery Delays

If a delay occurs regarding the delivery of an order, we will notify you via email. Customers have the right to cancel purchases in the event of delivery delays. We will do everything in our power to fulfill your order. However, there may be circumstances that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our suppliers cannot fulfill their commitments to us. In such cases, we reserve the right to exempt ourselves from all compensation to the customer regarding delays in delivery.

10. Excusable Breach of Contract (Force Majeure)

A breach of contract may be excused if the ability to fulfill the agreement or the activity specified in the agreement is prevented by a circumstance beyond the control of the appointed party. These breaches relate to activity that the party could not reasonably have considered in general or at the time the agreement was concluded. This also applies to circumstances whose consequences could not reasonably have been avoided or overcome. Examples of this include (but are not limited to): acts of war, natural disasters, labor market strikes, traffic accidents, bad weather and fire.

If the obstacle is only temporary, the breach of contract is excusable as long as it is reasonable in light of the obstacle's consequences to prevent the party's ability to fulfill its agreements.

Fabriqit Norden AB/Bylynga is not responsible for additional costs due to delays in delivery.
