How can I place an order?
You can place your order directly via our online shop at bylynga.com.
Add the desired products to your cart and follow the checkout process.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
As long as your order has not yet been dispatched, we can make changes.

I have not received an order confirmation – what should I do?
Please check your spam folder.
If you cannot find the email, please contact us.


Shipping & delivery

How long does delivery take?
Delivery to Germany usually takes 2–5 business days.

What are the shipping costs?
Free shipping from €49.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if available).

Do you ship to other countries?
At the moment, we deliver to Germany.


Payment

Which payment methods do you offer?
We offer several Klarna payment options, including:

Why was my payment declined?
This can happen for several reasons, for example due to a credit assessment by Klarna.

Products

What materials are your bits made from?
Our bits are made from high-quality Sweet Iron with carefully finished mouthpieces.

Why does Sweet Iron change colour?
Sweet Iron develops a light rust patina over time.
This is normal and helps stimulate salivation in the horse.

How do I choose the correct size?
We recommend measuring your horse’s current bit size.
If you are unsure, we are happy to assist you.

Are the bits suitable for sensitive horses?
Yes, our models are designed to be particularly horse-friendly, stable and functional.


Returns & withdrawal

How can I return an item?
Please contact us in advance at info@bylynga.com.
You have 14 days to return your order.

Who pays the return costs?
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

When will I receive my refund?
Usually within 5–10 business days after we have received and inspected the item.


Complaints

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please report this within 48 hours and include photos of the item and packaging.

My product is defective – what should I do?
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
We will provide a solution as quickly as possible.

Yes, our bits are crafted by hand using traditional craftsmanship.

How do I care for my Sweet Iron bit?
Rinse the bit with water after each use and dry it thoroughly.
Light discolouration is normal and expected.
